Upper School is where things really start to click. Students get to dig into everything—from coding and global issues to writing—and discover what lights their fire. Academics are the main event, but sports, arts, and service learning are key players that round out the experience. Here, working hard and being deeply involved in the life of the school is simply part of our culture.
Our students are chess champs, fierce mathletes, and National Merit Scholars. Colleges know us by name.
Students step outside their comfort zones on trips to places like Costa Rica or by rafting down the Nantahala. These are adventures that help build confidence and widen their exposure to something larger than themselves.
The result? A 100% college acceptance rate to institutions across the country and around the globe. More importantly, Upper School students graduate with a clear sense of who they are, and with the confidence to lead, serve, and thrive in whatever comes next.
