HEAD OF SCHOOL WELCOME

Andrew M. North

Welcome!

At Hammond, learning doesn’t stop when students leave the classroom. It happens on the stage, the field, in the studio…anywhere curiosity leads. The Hammond experience is about sparking a love of discovery and helping students feel ready for whatever comes next.

We believe the right kind of challenge makes all the difference…the kind that builds confidence, resilience, and real growth. Our teachers and coaches are right beside students, encouraging them, pushing them, and celebrating their progress along the way.

And while strong academics are at the heart of what we do, they’re just the beginning. Our students shine in performances and art shows. They compete with grit and determination on the field and court. Athletics build teamwork and perseverance, while the arts inspire creativity and self-expression. Together, they help students discover who they are, and who they want to become.

We’re proud to be a place where curiosity is nurtured, hard work is recognized, and every experience helps shape confident young people who are ready to make their mark.

The best way to get to know us? Come visit and see for yourself what makes this community such a special place to learn and grow. Thank you for your interest in Hammond.

Sincerely,

Andy North
