After going undefeated at Regionals and taking first place, Hammond's Mock Trial Team advanced to the State Championship and walked away with major wins! Hammond was awarded the Professionalism and Civility Award, voted on by peers and recognizing the team that best embodies the spirit of the competition. Several students also earned Most Effective Attorney and Most Effective Witness honors.
Since August, these students have spent countless hours studying affidavits, crafting arguments, and perfecting their courtroom skills.
