AT HAMMOND, athletics are a big part of who we are, but it’s never just about the scoreboard. From the earliest years, students take part in physical activities that build confidence and coordination. As they grow, so do the opportunities. Starting in sixth grade, student-athletes compete in interscholastic sports, proudly representing Hammond in both team and individual competition.
Through sports, we teach more than skills. We shape resilience, discipline, and teamwork. It’s about the win, yes, but also about the work it takes to get there.
