As part of their year-long study of the 50 states, Hammond’s fourth graders transformed into a living museum—bringing the “Nifty Fifty” to life with energy, creativity, and state pride!
Students took visitors on a cross-country journey, each representing a different state with carefully crafted costumes, clever props, and fascinating facts. From the beaches of California to the peaks of Colorado, and the bayous of Louisiana to the monuments of Washington, D.C., the museum was a vibrant celebration of our country!
With colorful backdrops, fun characters, and clever presentations, the fourth grade wowed us every step of the way. It was a standout moment in a year full of hands-on learning.
