Elaine Arnold Named Director of Institutional Advancement

We are pleased to welcome a new face to the Hammond family. Elaine Arnold was recently named Director of Institutional Advancement and joins us after having spent the past 17 years at the University of South Carolina in a variety of development roles including alumni relations, volunteer management, annual giving, stewardship, special events, and major gift fundraising.
Elaine notes she is passionate about building relationships and being part of someone’s decision to give back and invest in an institution they love. She and her husband, Brian, along with their sons, Hollis (1st) and Everett (PK), are excited to join the Hammond family. Next year, their youngest son, Jacob, will also become a Skyhawk.

Head of School Andy North remarked, "We are pleased to have someone of Elaine's caliber join the advancement team in this important role. Her 17 years of experience in development will bode well for us as we plan for the future. Philanthropic generosity is the bedrock of Hammond, and we owe a debt of gratitude to the many individuals who have helped pave the way. We look forward to Elaine helping us expand this culture of giving Please join me in warmly welcoming Elaine, her husband, Brian, and their sons to the Hammond family."
