Annual Fund First

The 2009-2010 Annual Fund Drive is appropriately named Annual Fund First.  The Annual Fund First Drive is Hammond’s first giving priority and the most critical ongoing Advancement effort. Tuition and fees do not cover the total cost of educating our students.  As is the case with most independent schools, Hammond solicits tax-deductible donations to the Annual Fund is put directly into the operating budget to cover those costs not funded by tuition.  To be specific, at Hammond tuition covers only 87% of the operating budget.  Annual Fund gifts help the school meet annual expenses such as faculty salaries, professional development, classroom improvements, technology upgrades, and more.

The history of generosity and voluntary giving by Hammond families continues to make the difference in our School’s success.  We depend on our Community to make Hammond the first priority for discretionary giving.  Click here to donate to the Annual Fund online!
