Please sign up as a supporter of the athletic program of HAMMOND SCHOOL and a member of the SKYHAWK CLUB.

(  ) SUPERHAWK Contributors of $600.00 or more will receive six (6) season passes to all 2006-2007 home athletic events; ALSO a white Superhawk hat, and bumper stickers. BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND THIS YEAR: There will be a reserved "Superhawk Section" parking area near the lower school for use by all Superhawks at home varsity football games. Special parking tags are issued to all Superhawks!

(  ) GOLD HAWK Contributors of $300.00 or more will receive four (4) season passes to all 2006-2007 home athletic events; ALSO a Hammond hat and bumper stickers!

(  ) SILVER HAWK Contributors of $150.00 or more will receive two (2) season passes to all 2006-2007 home athletic events; ALSO a Hammond visor and bumper stickers.

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO HAVE SEASON PASSES; YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL BE FULLY TAX DEDUCTIBLE. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU DO NOT WANT SEASON PASSES.

NOTE: SEASON PASSES ARE GOOD FOR ALL REGULARLY SCHEDULED HOME GAMES FOR ALL SPORTS BUT DO NOT INCLUDE PLAYOFF GAMES.
