The Lady Skyhawks (13-1 overall, 8-0 region) secured their second straight region championship with Wednesday's win over Ben Lippen (3-1). Congrats to Coach Edgren, Coach Sullivan, and the team.

The Lady Skyhawks defeated Heathwood Hall in three games on Senior Day for Sarah Parker Mounce and Laura Hood. The Lady Hawks have had steady and strong play from Mounce, Hood, Parker Best, Ali Hymson, Lauren Smith, Callie Peele, and Sarah Prickett. 

The Hawks competed in the SCISA State Tournament and lost to Pinewood Prep on Saturday afternoon. Congrats to the team on a wonderful season and another region championship! Kudos to Laura Hood, Sarah Parker Mounce, Ella Hyatt, and Sarah Prickett for making the SCISA Region II-AAA All-Region Volleyball Team. Laura Hood and Sarah Parker Mounce were also selected to the SCISA South Carolina All-Stars. Sophomore Ella Hyatt was chosen for the SCISA North AAA All-Stars. Congrats to Sarah Parker Mounce for being selected The State's SCISA Player of the Year. Further kudos to Laura Hood for being chosen to The State's All-Area Team and Coach Edgren being named The State's Coach of the Year.
