The Varsity Swimming Skyhawks, under the leadership of Coach Henry Van Patten, competed well at the SCISA State Championships this past Saturday at the beautiful Augusta Aquatic Center. The Lady Skyhawks came in fifth place overall, and the Skyhawks came in seventh place overall in a field of roughly twenty teams.
Congrats to the following swimmers who were selected to The State's SCISA All-Area Swim Team: Alex Metropol (200 Free, 50 Free), Chris Keenan (200 Relay, 200 Free Relay), Alston James (50 Free, 200 Relay, 200 Free Relay), Daniel Baker (200 Relay, 200 Free Relay) and Bill Flatt (200 Relay, 200 Free Relay).
