The Alumni Association is a vital part of Hammond School, with the central governing body being the Hammond Alumni Council. The Council insures the schools alumni continue to be involved at Hammond by promoting activities to keep Alumni connected. In addition to the annual Homecoming BBQ, the Council sponsors several social hours, Alumni/Varsity basketball and soccer tournaments, and assists with planning of class reunions. 

Alumni receive a number of publications from Hammond including the newsletter, Horizon, for alumni, parents, and friends of Hammond.
