Activities & Clubs
Activities and clubs at Hammond range from the incomparable Spirit Club whose members dazzle the audience at Pep Rallies to the more serious members of the Math Team whose wins far outnumber their losses.
Talented faculty sponsors have organized a diverse menu of activities and clubs for middle and upper school students. Most activities take place on campus before or after school or during break (mid-morning). Some, however, like the hiking club (HOBOS) require different scenery such as the Blue Ridge Parkway. Regardless of their differences, the purpose of these organizations is the same: to enhance the education of students by sponsoring activities that recognize their hard work and interests.
